  • Carrying out robust triage of patients referred to the team.

Advanced skills in the assessment and treatment of people with complex multi-pathologies
Ability to assess patient conditions
Experience in MDT working
Advanced knowledge of complex medical conditions
Excellent clinical skills

Education
