A leading food service company in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to manage a busy café and create innovative menus. You'll ensure high standards in food presentation and safety while working in a vibrant environment. You'll be responsible for training staff and improving service quality, making it a rewarding position for a passionate culinary professional.

Location: WC1H 9JZ
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday‑Friday, 7am‑3pm. You will be required to support in hospitality so additional hours will be available as overtime; some flexibility is required.
