We are recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a highly regarded, destination‑led coastal restaurant known for its vibrant seasonal offering and high‑volume, quality‑driven operation.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a well‑established brigade, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food across a busy service‑led environment.
