Senior Solutions Consultant – Fleet Solutions (UK-Based, Pan-European Scope)

Location: UK - remote

Type: Full-time | Permanent

Are you an experienced pre-sales professional with deep knowledge of fleet routing solutions? Do you thrive in a client-facing role where you can shape complex solutions and support the development of others? If so, this opportunity could be an ideal next step.

We are working with a global technology business looking to appoint a Senior Solutions Consultant to support its expanding European operations. This is a high-impact role combining pre-sales solution design with mentorship of junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the technical and functional lead in pre-sales engagements across Europe

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored fleet solution proposals

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof of concept sessions

- Provide guidance, coaching and development support to junior team members

- Work closely with product, delivery, and account management teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale

- Remain up-to-date on trends and developments in fleet optimisation and routing technologies

Requirements:

- Strong background in pre-sales or solutions consulting, ideally within fleet, logistics, or supply chain tech

- Proven experience with routing or fleet optimisation software (e.g., routing engines, transport planning tools)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Passion for coaching and developing others

- Willingness to travel across Europe when required

- UK-based (remote/flexible working supported)
