What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of automation strategies to ensure thorough requirement testing as a Senior Software Quality Engineer (Broadband Release).
  • Maintain and develop automation tools and frameworks for test development, execution, and reporting. Configure environments and integrate with version control systems.

  • Create and execute high-quality test plans on RDK stacks, leveraging automation to detect defects and ensure coverage reliability. Use BDD and Test Automation techniques.

  • Explore advanced testing topics such as test data management, scenario refactoring, and integrating BDD with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Practice agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to foster team alignment and shared understanding.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Selenium, Robot Framework.

  • Proficiency in functional, performance, stress, regression, and security testing.

  • Experience with DevOps practices, including full lifecycle ownership, solutioning, observability, process optimization, and operationalization.

  • Deep knowledge of broadband technologies (DOCSIS, Fiber, DSL, Wireless, WiFi).

  • Understanding of networking protocols, dual-band routers, and network translation.

  • Strong experience with BDD, test automation, and infrastructure, with a good grasp of business-driven development strategies.

  • Familiarity with automation tools for test development, execution, and reporting, along with strategies for test coverage optimization.
