Job description

Help support this transformed service by contributing to the Multi-Agency Hub with key decisions.

Big improvements have been made at Northamptonshire Children's Trust over the last few years, as they continue to strive to deliver an excellent service to young people and families.

From discussions with senior management, it is clear they prioritize the well-being of their workers. They are now looking to expand their already thriving teams with experienced professionals to assist in their MASH team.

The flexible-working role offers a salary of £45,775 to £47,871.

Main Benefits:

  • £45,775 to £47,871 per annum
  • £4,000 Welcome bonus
  • £8,000 Relocation bonus
  • Learning & development opportunities
  • Option to purchase up to 25 days holiday
  • 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

This role involves working in a fast-paced team, providing a positive challenge as you'll manage a moderate caseload with decisions required within 24 hours of receiving referrals.

The trust fosters a culture that promotes high-quality professional practice, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a long-term project as the trust transitions into a local authority in the near future.

As this is a statutory role, a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are required.
