What You Will Do:

Deliver services in accordance with statutory duties, safeguarding frameworks, and departmental priorities.

Participate actively in team meetings, supervision sessions, and training programmes.

Communicate effectively with the public and other agencies through direct contact, phone, and written correspondence.

Work closely with external partners including health services, schools, and the police.

Manage a complex caseload involving child protection, court work, and permanency planning.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of children and families.

Ensure the Council’s equality and diversity policies are embedded within your practice.

Support the development of others by supervising students and contributing to new staff inductions.
