This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full‑time position, however work‑life balance is important to us and we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
We're building a brand frame via social media. This creative and strategic role is the voice behind our social presence for our brands across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You'll develop, implement and manage the social media strategy for our portfolio of specialist holiday brands: Inghams Ski, Inghams Walking, Inghams Lapland and Santas Lapland. You'll be shaping stories, sparking conversations and building vibrant online communities.
With the support of the Social Media Executive, you'll drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across all relevant social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a cohesive digital presence. You'll craft and deliver scroll‑stopping organic strategies that don’t just follow trends – they set them.
You will play a key role in amplifying the Brand team’s campaigns while supporting the wider business goals. As our go‑to social expert, your ideas, creativity and insights will help steer the direction of our brands in the digital world, making a real and lasting impact.
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum plus bonus.
