Responsibilities

  • Monitor team performance through analysis of performance and quality data.
  • Support team members through regular reviews to identify development needs.

Skills

Demonstrated management role of 2 years+
Proven track record of managing large teams
Proven experience within an Account Management or Sales Management environment at leadership level
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent coaching and feedback skills
Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
