Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of demonstrated management experience.
• Experience in managing large teams is essential.
• Leadership experience in Account Management or Sales Management is required.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities are necessary.
• Proficient in coaching and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-15 Account Managers to provide excellent service.
• Establish and maintain a performance management framework for the team.
• Drive restaurant growth and client satisfaction by setting strategic goals.
• Monitor team performance through analysis of performance and quality data.
• Support team members through regular reviews to identify development needs.

Skills

Demonstrated management role of 2 years+

Proven track record of managing large teams

Proven experience within an Account Management or Sales Management environment at leadership level

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Excellent coaching and feedback skills

Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
