Overview

Senior Site Supervisor (Whitburn Church of England Academy) – Full Time. 37 hours per week. Salary: NJC Scale 20 £32,596.75 pa. Required Immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the busy Premises team and prioritise tasks to ensure the security and good condition of the site and buildings.
  • Experience in working with contractors and outside agencies.
  • Maintain knowledge of health and safety standards; carry out routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Ensure timely responses to maintenance needs and coordinate with external trades where appropriate.
  • Provide training and guidance as required for the successful candidate’s role.
Working pattern and benefits
  • Post will involve early and late shifts on a rota to open and close the building each day.
  • You will be entitled to a 15 minute paid break and a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
