Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a high volume residential builder.
• Knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.
• Experience managing teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement health and safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Motivate and manage site staff, providing guidance and training.
