I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large residential scheme in East London.

The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to work on a large residential scheme in East London, circa £30m in value. This is a long-term scheme comprising circa 200 units (RC frame apartments).

They are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong track record working on large new build residential schemes and are ready to start interviewing now.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable housebuilder as a Senior Site Manager
• RC frame experience
• Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams
• Good longevity with previous employers
• Health & Safety conscious
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to East London on a daily basis
