My client is a Tier 1 contractor with a strong five-year secured order book in Leeds, delivering complex, high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes across the region. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to play a key role on a landmark £100m high-rise Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in Leeds.
This is a long-term opportunity, with the project starting in earnest in February 2026 and running for approximately 2.5 years. You will be the number one operational lead on site, taking full responsibility for day-to-day site delivery, programme, quality, and health & safety. A Senior Engineer and Site Managers will report directly into you.
This role offers a clear career progression pathway. Successful delivery of this project as the number two overall on site will position you strongly for promotion on the next scheme, potentially stepping into a higher leadership role within the business.
Proven experience operating as a Senior Site Manager for a minimum of 3 years
Experience within BTR, apartments, student accommodation, or multi-room residential schemes
Confident leading large site teams and managing complex logistics in a city-centre environment
Ambitious and career-driven, with the desire to progress within a Tier 1 contractor
