• Background in high-end residential, leisure, hotel or similar finishes.
• Able to manage specialist trades and hold them to account.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid essential.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager (Fit Out) to lead the delivery of a high-spec pool, spa and residential fit-out package on a major residential development in East London. This is an 8-month freelance role with potential to extend.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for driving the internal fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety and program are delivered to the highest standard. This includes managing multiple subcontractors, coordinating specialist trades, and providing strong on-site leadership.
