Job description

The Role

We have a new fantastic opportunity with a strong well known business they are seeking a Senior manager who has great knowledge and depth as they need someone who can sort and find issues quickly

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of site operations, client interaction, supervision of personnel, and close coordination with project designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing project plans and programmes
• Directing and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and other site staff
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, material deliveries, engineering, quality, safety, and contractual requirements
• Maintaining effective cost control of projects
• Managing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring successful project handovers, including relevant documentation and health and safety requirements
• Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction phase
• Coordinating temporary works and conducting regular checks

Essential Requirements

• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge and awareness
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties
• First Aid qualification desirable but not essential
