Nicholas Associates have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join a reputable groundworks company based in the West Midlands who are looking for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing Junior Engineers
  2. Tackling any technical issues on site.
  3. Creating 3D models for site teams
  4. Collaborating closely with the Technical Manager to maintain the quality and efficiency of site operations.
  5. Quality Assurance
  6. Liaising with the client and subcontractors
  7. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Key Requirements:
  1. HNC/HND in civil engineering or equivalent.
  2. A strong understanding of setting out processes.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
  5. Experience with GPS, machine control & 3D AutoCAD
