Main duties of the job

The Band 7 role in SDEC is a rewarding role. You will lead our dynamic, multi‑disciplinary team on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth running of shifts in a challenging and diverse environment. Your clinical leadership and people skills are vital to delivering the responsibilities and accountabilities outlined in this job description. No two days are the same in Same Day Emergency Care however, what we can promise to offer is an opportunity to develop and enhance your skills within a friendly and knowledgeable team.

Qualifications

  • BSc or evidence of study at level 6 with ability to complete BSc
  • Teaching and assessing course (i.e. Mentorship or equivalent)

Experience
