We are recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Skoda Bradford.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate about providing world-class customer service. This role offers an easily achievable OTE of up to £37,000 per annum.

About You

You should be able to work as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment. Customer focus, relationship management, and communication skills are essential.

Your duties will include handling customer interactions professionally, advising on technical queries, booking vehicles into the workshop, and updating customers on progress. Maintaining a presentable appearance and hygiene, including work wear, is also expected.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with staggered shifts, and one in three Saturdays.
