A leading football club is seeking a dedicated scout to oversee talent identification for players aged U9-U12 in the Local region. Responsibilities include live match scouting, managing scouting staff, and providing actionable insights. Required qualifications include a Level 2 Talent ID Qualification or UEFA B Coaching Licence and fluent English. This fixed-term position offers 40 hours of flexible work each week, with expected evening and weekend commitments.

CONTRACT : Fixed-Term until 30 / 06 / 2027. 6 out of 7 days - 40 hours a week managed flexibly with the requirement for evening and weekend work.
JOB FUNCTION : To oversee the talent identification of players from U9-U12 in the Local region, through the scouting of matches, the gathering of insight and intelligence and the management of a scouting workforce.
