Your work will help shape product performance claims, support new product evaluations, and ensure scientific accuracy across the product range. In addition to day‑to‑day laboratory responsibilities, you will collaborate with internal teams involved in assay development, contribute to project planning, and communicate your findings clearly to colleagues. You will also play an important role in supporting customers by helping them troubleshoot experimental challenges and ensuring they get the best results from the company's products. Participation in a rotating weekend schedule is part of the role.
