Your Role

As Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will take ownership of building and expanding our customer relationships and driving the sales of our software solutions - while helping shape a new market segment. You will be the one paving the way through your pioneering work. Operating at decision-maker level, you will be part of our strategic sales team. Your approach will follow B2B SaaS-optimized methodologies such as Winning by Design, enabling us to sell systematically, customer-centric, and at scale.

Your Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Strategic expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new enterprise customers
  • Development of business cases, ROI analyses, and contract negotiations at management level
  • Coordination of internal stakeholders across Presales, Consulting, Product Management and Marketing
  • Identification of cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Further development of our sales processes and coaching of junior team members
  • Use of CRM, sales enablement tools, and data analytics to manage and monitor the pipeline
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS or Learning/HR Tech
  • Solid understanding of complex enterprise sales processes
  • Experience with consultative selling or Winning by Design (or comparable methods)
  • Proven sales success in managing large accounts and long sales cycles
  • Strong network and persuasive presence at management level
  • High level of ownership, goal orientation, and drive, including willingness to travel frequently to customers
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
