A fast-growing application security vendor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead the EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in cyber security sales management and a track record of closing deals. Responsibilities include mentoring account executives and developing sales strategies. Compensation includes an OTE of up to £350,000, with a 50/50 commission structure. This role requires travel across the EMEA region.

Following their recent success, we are looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join and take ownership of the EMEA sales team.
The successful candidate will join the team in EMEA and have 5 direct reports (account executives) initially and a dot line into another additional 5 across Sales Engineering & Customer success.
The successful candidate must have a background in Application Security.
OTE on Offer is depending on experience but up to £300,000 - £350,000 (50 / 50)
