We are looking for an experienced and sales‑driven Senior Sales Associate to join our luxury retail environment, specialising in Ready-to-Wear and Made‑to‑Order services. The ideal candidate will be confident managing VICs, consistently exceeding sales targets, and supporting overall business growth. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional service to a high‑profile clientele while maximising revenue opportunities and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Clienteling

  • Drive sales and exceed targets using strong product knowledge and refined sales techniques across Ready‑to‑Wear and Made‑to‑Order.
  • Provide a luxury, personalised shopping experience, offering tailored styling advice and bespoke solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through Made‑to‑Order services, product launches, and exclusive events.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and seasonal collections to provide expert recommendations.

VIC Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a dedicated VIC portfolio.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with top clients through regular, personalised follow‑ups.
  • Create tailored CRM tools and clienteling strategies to track preferences, key dates, and purchasing patterns.
  • Support and participate in exclusive fittings, in‑store activations, and trunk shows to drive engagement and high‑value sales.

Sales Leadership & Target Achievement

  • Consistently exceed personal and store KPIs, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset.
  • Identify and nurture new VICs and high‑potential leads through exceptional relationship building.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, supporting them in achieving their sales goals.
  • Contribute strategically to business development initiatives.

Store Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Partner with store management to ensure sales strategies align with store goals and luxury standards.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain an elevated store environment.
  • Collaborate with stock and inventory teams to ensure product availability and access to new collections.
  • Provide leadership during peak trading periods, managing client flows and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to VIC management and consistent sales overachievement.
  • Strong expertise in Ready‑to‑Wear and Made‑to‑Order, with the ability to offer highly personalised solutions.
  • Proven track record in surpassing individual and store‑wide sales targets.
  • Outstanding clienteling skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury fashion, tailoring, trends, and craftsmanship.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
  • Professional, polished, and capable of representing the luxury customer experience at the level expected of a Senior Sales Associate.
