Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior International Sales Administrator in Hessle to manage customer orders and support sales operations. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing export documentation, and ensuring timely delivery. You will manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, handle key documentation, and ensure timely delivery of products and materials. Key Responsibilities
  • Process UK and international sales orders accurately
  • Confirm order details including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
  • Prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
  • Process purchase orders from suppliersCoordinate with internal teams on production schedules and lead times
  • Communicate order updates and delays to customers
  • Arrange shipments with freight carriers and track deliveries
  • Prepare customs documentation and support import/export compliance
  • Handle customer enquiries, updates, and complaints professionally
  • Support with quotes, proposals, and general office tasks
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales administration or account management
  • Experience with international/export processes (advantage)
