A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated professional to work closely with the Head of Adult Safeguarding. The role includes line management, auditing, and collaboration with various safeguarding teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving safeguarding for vulnerable adults while supporting a healthy work-life balance and sustainability efforts. Candidates are encouraged to share individual circumstances during onboarding.
The post holder will work closely with the Head of Adult Safeguarding to promote and progress the safeguarding agenda for all groups of vulnerable adults. To ensure a whole family approach, the post holder will work with and support the Trusts Children Safeguarding Services.
The four partner Trusts of the Black Country Provider Collaborative (Dudley Group NHS FT, Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust, and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust) are actively working in partnership to deliver a collective vision focused on providing "better, faster and safer care to the population of the Black Country and beyond".
