About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Reward Manager to lead the design and delivery of Calisen’s reward and benefits strategy. Working closely with the Colleague Experience Director, Chief People Officer, and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure our total reward offering is competitive, aligned with business objectives, and enhances our colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and implement Calisen’s reward and benefits strategy to support the People Strategy and business goals.
  • Lead the development of reward frameworks, incentive plans, and benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with market trends and compliance.
  • Manage annual pay reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive modelling to deliver ROI within budget.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting, including Gender Pay Gap analysis and emerging pay gap requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and analysis for the Remuneration Committee to support Board-level decisions.
  • Oversee job evaluation, benchmarking, and market pay research to maintain fairness and competitiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers, ensuring effective governance and risk management.
  • Represent Calisen at industry events to stay ahead of reward trends.
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable.
  • Strong experience in reward strategy, job evaluation, and pay benchmarking.
  • Skilled in financial modelling and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience preparing Board-level papers (including RemCo).
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
