A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to guide the design and implementation of a competitive reward framework. The role involves partnering with HR and Finance to ensure effective reward strategies for attracting and retaining talent. You will lead salary benchmarking, develop governance frameworks, and enhance reward processes. Successful candidates will have a CIPD qualification or specialist training and strong experience in salary benchmarking and reward framework design. This is a hybrid position allowing work-from-home options after training.

Salary: 70,000 p.a.
Hours: Full time, hybrid up to 2 days WFH (after training completed)
