A leading financial services company is seeking a Senior Resource Management and Planning Manager in Alderley Edge. We're seeking a proven leader to architect Royal London's strategic resource plan across our Chief Operating Office (COO). You will establish and lead the Resource Management & Planning capability, partner with key suppliers, and present robust, data driven packs and plans to C suite stakeholders. This role operates in ambiguity and rewards decisive, credible leadership-shaping our strategy while developing a long term, enterprise workforce plan. Prior exposure to legacy system migration will be advantageous.
