Job summary

A multi-disciplinary practice based in Harrogate is looking for an experienced Surveyor to join as a Regional Area Manager. This full-time position involves conducting Professional Valuation and Survey work while leading the region's surveying team. The ideal candidate will have an AssocRICS or MRICS/FRICS qualifications, a strong background in Surveying, and proven team management skills. The package includes a competitive salary, commission, and various benefits such as a car allowance and healthcare programme.

Benefits

Basic salary between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
12.5% Commission on personal net billings
OTE of £85,000 - £90,000

Qualifications

  • Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS/FRICS qualifications.

Job description

We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice as a Regional Area Manager in the Harrogate area

The role will involve carrying out Professional Valuation and Survey work, as well as Managing and Leading the region and Surveying team. The role will require an experienced and well qualified individual with a broad skill set in Surveying who has had previous experience Managing people and can offer positive leadership skills

Working hours:
  • Full Time
  • Home based working role.
The successful Senior Residential Surveyor will be offered:
  • Basic salary between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
  • 12.5% Commission on personal net billings
