A residential care provider in Bradford is seeking a passionate Senior Care Worker dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people. The role requires experience and qualifications in the field, particularly Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce. Ideal candidates will be committed to high-quality care, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility to work on a rolling rota, including sleep-ins. Opportunities for progression and training are offered. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary.

Rolling rota basis over 365 days per year (including bank holidays and weekends)
Childrens Home
Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Trauma Neglect Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)
Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent (Essential) or 50% complete
Level 5 Leadership and Management (Desirable)
Experience working with challenging children in a residential setting (Essential)

Number of Beds: Solo home (1 : 1 or 2 : 1 staffing) or Two-bed home (2 : 1 staffing)
