Qualifications

  • Experience in estates management and acquisition surveying.
  • Understanding of the Renewables market and Technologies.
  • Driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Land & Estates Manager with matters across Onshore Delivery Team.
  • Negotiate land rights documents with landowners.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Project teams to secure necessary rights.
  • Review and create legal agreements for compliance.
  • Provide land rights valuations and technical advice.
  • Maintain consistency and manage risks across projects.
  • Act as a key contact for landowners and project teams.
  • Support Estate Management Team with data management.
  • Ensure financial obligations are met during transactions.
  • Mentor and train members of the Land & Estates team.
