Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Travel Consultant is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emotions during client disruption.
• Self-motivated with a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from clients in a professional manner.
• Offer expert travel advice.
• Issue and re-issue international and domestic airfares.
• Source cost-effective worldwide routes for travel bookings.
• Provide quality control and risk analysis for travel.
• Create traveller tracking reports in case of major events.

Skills

Knowledgeable on Sabre and Amadeus

Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines

Good organisational skills

Excellent customer service & communication abilities
