In this exciting role, you will be supporting our customers, internal staff, and partners, guiding them through their implementations and ensuring a seamless post‑implementation experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.
• Provide the customer with post project go live support and consulting, tasks might include but are not limited to:
  • Troubleshooting data discrepancies and analysis of consolidated data, customer issues, member formulas and business rules.
  • Building reports, security models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes

• Review and approve Knowledge Base documentation, to further develop best practices.

• Support testing of software enhancements and new functionality.
• Assist in User Application Testing (UAT) of future OneStream software releases and custom CSRC Solutions.

• Effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open case/issue with customer or partner.

Required Education and Experience
