A prominent healthcare provider in Ipswich is seeking an enthusiastic registered nurse to join their Emergency Medicine Division. The successful candidate will have significant experience in acute medicine and will be responsible for coordinating high-quality individualised patient care. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Emergency Medicine Division at Ipswich Hospital. We are looking for an inspiring individual to join our team. You will need to have proven experience at a band 6 in the acute medicine environment. We have a role available in our Brantham Ward.
We are looking for a enthusiastic, flexible, well‑motivated registered nurses, who thrive on working at a fast pace, is quick thinking and able to work well under pressure.
You’ll be working with friendly, motivated, supportive teams to provide excellent patient care.
We are looking for an individual who is keen to develop and deliver excellent clinical care. You must be motivated and be responsible, with the guidance of the Ward Sister for providing leadership and teaching within the Unit environment.
You should through knowledge, good example and education, enable unit staff to deliver high quality, individualised care. In addition you will need to provide support and supervision of nursing staff, and effectively coordinate and deploy resources within the Unit.
If you have good juggling skills to be able to balance operational delivery, patient safety, quality and patient experience this could be the challenge you are looking for!
