Overview

Senior Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

Location: Haslingden and Halifax

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Homes: 4 Bedded Residential Homes for Children with EBD

About the Role

Brook Street Social Care is working urgently with a valued client to recruit a Senior Registered Manager to cover, support and oversee 2 children's residential services in both Haslingden and Halifax. These homes support children aged approximately 7-18 with emotional behavioural difficulties and work towards therapeutic care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee two children's residential services in Haslingden and Halifax and ensure high standards of care.
  • Provide leadership to the home, staff team and the young people in care.
  • Support delivery of therapeutic care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service improvement and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People
  • Level 3 or Level 4 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience managing children's residential homes
  • Solid understanding and track record of working with children and young people who have come from a background of trauma
  • Confident leadership to guide the home, staff team and young people in care
Salary & Benefits

Base salary: £60,000 plus Ofsted bonuses
