A leading care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager for a private specialist care facility in Derbyshire Dales. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of relevant management experience, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and hold an NVQ Level 4 or 5 qualification. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Home Manager.
• Good / Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in the last inspection.
• Willingness to work towards RMA if not already obtained.
