Job description

The current opportunities are primarily based in our site inspection team, but consideration would also be given to applicants interested in remote plan checking work. Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Keen, customer focused candidates with proven experience of working in a high-quality Building Control environment. You will have demonstrable wide-ranging knowledge and understanding of the legislation and technical documents underpinning the Building Regulations, be proficient in effectively managing and prioritising workloads in pressurised situations and have excellent customer focus and negotiation skills.
  • You will be able to contribute effectively to the productivity of the service and undertake work independently in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ideally you will be qualified with a relevant degree and be a full member of a relevant professional body - i.e. RICS, CABE, or CIOB.
  • You should ideally be at least a Class 2A-F Registered Building Inspector, but we would also consider candidates who are registered at Class 2A RBI.
