• Negotiate fees and terms to maximise your commercial success
• Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go‑to recruitment partner
• Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
• Build long‑term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
