This position focuses on winning and developing client relationships, leading exclusive searches, and headhunting senior talent. Our partners are a founder‑led search firm operating across the GMP and Chemical sectors in Europe, North America, and India. They work on complex, high‑value, and confidential RETAINED searches and we are growing quickly, but carefully.
We are now looking to add an experienced recruiter to join their business, someone who wants more than a job, someone technical — who can work within retained business and win retained searches, who wants to materially change their life through hard work, ownership, and results.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, owning the entire lifecycle:
