LOCATION: Hull

SALARY: up to £40,000 basic salary + Commission - Year 1 OTE of up to £60,000

• Proactively sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
• Developing new business opportunities alongside maintaining existing accounts.
• Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate.
• Marketing candidates and recruitment services to prospective and existing clients.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring performance against KPIs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a 360, client-facing role.
• Demonstrable track record of billing success and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage and grow client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, resilient and self‑motivated approach.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team and business objectives.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
