About the Role

  • You’ll effectively run your own desk with the support of first‑class training, personal coaching, marketing resources, and a suite of digital tools.
  • You’ll work with a wide range of candidates and clients, providing expert advice and matching the best talent to the best opportunities.
  • You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from building client relationships and gathering requirements to candidate sourcing, vacancy management, and salary negotiation.

About You

  • Experience in transactional finance recruitment is a bonus, but not essential—we welcome applications from consultants looking to move markets.
