Recruitment Consultant (Consultant / Senior – Fund Administration & Fund Accounting)

Location : London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary : £28,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)

Broadgate, part of Trinnovo Group, is growing our Alternative Investments practice and hiring a driven recruiter to build and develop a specialist desk focused on Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, and Investment Operations.

With global assets under management continuing to rise and increasing regulatory, reporting, and operational complexity across hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and asset managers, demand for experienced fund professionals has never been higher. This desk sits at the centre of one of Broadgate’s most resilient and high-demand markets.

You’ll join an established finance recruitment business with strong existing relationships across fund administrators, asset managers, investment firms, and financial services providers. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a defined market, grow client partnerships, and establish yourself as a specialist in the funds space.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across Fund Administration and Fund Accounting roles
• Build and deepen relationships with clients across asset management, hedge funds, private equity, and fund services
• Develop a strong candidate network across NAV, valuations, middle office, and investment operations
• Map the market, identify hiring trends, and position yourself as a trusted specialist adviser
• Collaborate closely with Broadgate’s wider Financial Services teams across Risk, Compliance, and Finance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Exposure to Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Asset Management, or Financial Services recruitment
• Commercial mindset with confidence in business development and relationship building
• Motivated, organised, and keen to grow a long-term desk with real ownership
• London-based and able to work hybrid from our Old Street office
