Basingstoke, UK, Hybrid (3 days per week in the office, minimum)

Our partners are a founder‑led search firm operating across the GMP and Chemical sectors in Europe, North America, and India. They work on complex, high‑value, and confidential RETAINED searches and we are growing quickly, but carefully.

We are now looking to add an experienced recruiter to join their business, someone who wants more than a job, someone technical — who can work within retained business and win retained searches, who wants to materially change their life through hard work, ownership, and results.

The opportunity

This is a full 360 recruitment role, owning the entire lifecycle:

  • Winning and developing retained client relationships
  • Leading retained and exclusive searches
  • Mapping markets and headhunting senior talent
  • Managing candidates end‑to‑end through offer and close

You will work directly with the founders, with full visibility of how the business is run, how decisions are made, and how value is created. For the right person, this role can evolve into a future leadership position with real influence over the direction of this business.

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 technical environment — with experience working on £100K+ roles
  • Exposure to B2B sales, business development, or closing deals
