Our client our searching for an individual with over a year’s recruitment experience to join their fast-growing team as a Senior Recruiter.

They want individuals that are looking to take the next step in their recruitment career.

The Company

Our client specialises within recruitment within the Investment Management Technology space. With over 75 years’ experience in the sector, learn from experts in their field billing over £2m a year.

The Role
  • Identifying and sourcing new candidates using various methods – such as headhunting on LinkedIn, jobs ads and using their database
  • Conducting an initial screening call with new candidates to assess their experience, Asserting a presence on social media and aiding in PR communications
  • Creating new innovative ads for new job vacancies
  • Gaining and practicing industry to use with candidates and clients
