Real Estate Finance Senior Associate (5-8 PQE)

We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Real Estate Finance offering in the City of London office. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile and high-value cross-border financings, within a team that is recognised globally.

This Senior Associate position provides strong progression opportunity. The team would like a senior lawyer to work closely with the Partners and to have a high-level of technical ability.

This finance team advises a mix of banks, funds, sponsors and developers on complex property-related lending across both domestic and European markets. The group’s work spans senior and mezzanine debt facilities, investment and development loans, cross-border portfolio financings, and restructurings involving distressed property debt. The work tends to be weighted to lender side but they do act for both sides.

• 5+ years of post-qualified experience (England & Wales or foreign qualified with experience gained in London within Real Estate Finance)
• Experience with another leading City of London law firm

You will have high levels of partner contact within a collaborative and supportive practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. In addition, you will benefit from a competitive salary and bonus package.

Salary: £200k+ (+bonus and benefits)
