The Role

• Lead property finance matters including acquisitions, investment, bridging, and development finance
• Manage cases independently from start to finish, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with lender panel clients and key stakeholders
• Support business development and represent the firm in the market
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture
