Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor – Central London

Responsibilities

• Independent working as sole Quantity Surveyor on practice projects, including review of tender packs and costing/pricing of materials in the high-end bespoke residential market in London.
• Manage project delivery and track RIBA stages 0–7 (where applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements

• MRICS preferred; minimum BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience from contractor side acceptable if demonstrates detailed knowledge of high-end residential sector in London.
