Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial management for small to medium projects or significant sections of large-scale projects.
• Essential experience with NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quantity surveying duties, including measurement, valuation, and agreement of work sections.
• Prepare and manage interim applications for payment and certification.
• Draft, manage, and settle subcontracts and prepare final accounts.
• Manage and report monthly costs, cash flow, and commercial risks.
• Advise project management on contractual implications and commercial strategy.
• Prepare and manage monthly contract reviews and management accounts.
• Support and mentor junior commercial staff.
• Ensure that contract documents are executed and change control processes are implemented effectively.
