Senior Quantity Surveyor – Manchester – Salary up to £70,000

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy in Manchester. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a varied portfolio of projects while taking ownership of client relationships and delivering high quality cost management services.

Responsibilities
  • Providing full pre and post contract quantity surveying services
  • Leading cost planning, estimating and budget management
  • Managing procurement strategies and tender processes

  • Advising clients on commercial risks and value opportunities
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
