Qualifications

• Proven ability to run complex bids and multiple bids.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cost-analysis and estimating process.
• Preparing Activity Schedules, Resource Schedules & analysis tender documents.
• Monitoring subcontract activities and analyzing commercial progress.
• Preparing, submitting, and negotiating claims when required.
• Cost valuations & Negotiations with sub-contractors.
• Chairing site and client progress meetings.
